The Complete Beginner Yoga Experience

20 Classes + 1 Introduction

This online course is designed to guide you gently into the world of yoga, helping you build a strong, conscious and sustainable foundation for your practice.

Over the course of 4 weeks, you will be guided through 20 classes, each between 10 to 30 minutes, making it easy to stay consistent even with a busy schedule. You can follow the suggested structure of 5 classes per week, or adapt it to your own rhythm.

This journey will introduce you to:

* The foundations of Pranayama (breathwork)
* The basics of Asana (physical postures)
* Mobility and flexibility for hips, back and shoulders
* Techniques to relax the nervous system through restorative and Yin practices

We begin slowly, with soft and mindful movements, allowing your body to open gradually. As the weeks progress, the intensity builds, helping you gain strength, confidence and awareness in your practice.

This course is not about perfection.
It’s about connection, patience and consistency.

I want to be honest with you, there is no magic formula. Real change comes with time, effort and presence. But if you commit to this process, you will start to feel noticeable shifts not only in your body, but also in your mind.

What you will need

* A yoga mat
* Yoga blocks (recommended, but optional)
* A strap (optional)
* Comfortable clothes
* A willingness to show up for yourself

By the end of the month, you will feel

* Stronger and more flexible
* More connected to your breath and body
* Calmer and more grounded
* Confident to continue your yoga journey
